Anna Stamas, DO
Family Medicine
Dr. Anna Stamas sees patients of all ages for preventive care, acute care and chronic illnesses. She also integrates obesity medicine into her primary care practice to complement the treatment of chronic conditions.
Dr. Stamas grew up in Tarpon Springs, Florida, before receiving a degree in exercise physiology from University of Florida and attending Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Auburn, Alabama. She completed her residency in family medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School and joined Watertown Family Practice in 2023.
Dr. Stamas is a triplet and owes her life to IVF and related medical advancements. Because of this, she developed a lifelong passion for health and wellness. Paired with her personal interest in exercise, nutrition and mental health, she chose a career in medicine to optimize care for every aspect of patients’ lives. Dr. Stamas takes a holistic approach to advocating and caring for her patients so they can live their best lives.
She lives in Milwaukee with her husband, an emergency medicine physician, and their rescue dog. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and gardening, weightlifting, as well as cooking and nutrition.
